2016 AOC Côtes du Roussillon
(Syrah 50%, Mourvedre 30%, Grenache 20%)
 
This is the top of the range of our red wines. A special wine for a special meal. We recommend decanting one hour before drinking. It also has a sediment from bottle-age. Complex aromas of forest fruits, aromatic woods, dried flowers and more. The palate has rounded out with time and although a big wine, the tannins are now fine-textured.  
 
Style: Intense et complexe. Agréable chêne legerement toasté et fruits sombres sur le nez. La bouche est concentrée avec un arôme de mûres et de tabac. Une bonne structure de tanin et une touche de minéralité pierreuse.
Conservation 12 ans.
