Tahi is the Maori word for One. It is made from the parcels of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre on Le Roubau, a rare limestone hillside, and aged for 12 months in French oak barriques. I then select only the barrels which make the most harmonious combination.

There is toasty oak and roast coffee on the nose, perfectly balanced by the spicy fruit aromas.

It is a very well balanced yet complex wine, which will benefit from cellaring for up to 15 years.
 
Serve with hearty foods and good cheese.
