2023 IGP  Côtes Catalanes 
(60% Grenache gris, 30% Carignan blanc, 10% Grenache blanc)
 
Classy and complex dry white wine which can be drunk as an aperitif or served with grilled white fish, green salads, chicken dishes or a creamy cheese such as Brie. The aromas are more mineral than fruity but the palate is rich, savoury and rewarding with a long finish. 

Vin blanc sec. Aromes de pain grillé, cire et coing. Bouche minerale et longue. Un vin gourmand à servir légèrement frais. Fermentation en barrique avec les levures indigenes.
