All Change

After 12 years it's time to make some major renovations to the winery. Starting with the removal of 4 of the huge old wooden foudres and then all of the concrete tanks that have fermented our wines since 2006.

With that space we'll be creating a new barrel room and buying new stainless steel fermentation tanks and a new, state of the art press.
